Reflection on todays reading Luke 16:1-8
Ladies and gentlemen,
Today, let us reflect upon a parable found in the Gospel of Luke, specifically Luke 16:1-8. This parable often referred to as the Parable of the Unjust Steward or the Parable of the Shrewd Manager, holds valuable lessons for our lives as followers of Christ.

Godefridi alipokuwa na umri wa miaka mitano aliwekwa katika Monasteri ya Perone (Ufaransa). Tangu utoto wake aliwashangaza Wamonaki wenzake kwa utakatifu wake. Mchana kutwa alikuwa akijisomea darasani, na kuimba Kanisani zaburi na ofisiyo takatifu; usiku alikesha kwa kusali. Alifunga mara kwa mara, jioni alikula kipande cha mkate na kunywa maji kidogo. Alipopata umri wa miaka ishirini na mitano, alipewa daraja la Upadre. Baadaye alichaguliwa kuwa Abate wa Monasteri yake.
